James Norris

James Norris brings extensive experience in aircraft sales, acquisitions, leasing, and market research to his role as Sales Director at SOLJETS. Prior to joining SOLJETS, James served as Vice President of Sales for an established aircraft brokerage, where he further developed his expertise in aircraft transactions and built lasting relationships throughout the industry.

Throughout his career, James has successfully completed numerous international aircraft transactions, gaining valuable experience in the complexities of aircraft ownership, leasing, and cross-border sales. His industry knowledge and client-focused approach allow him to guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the transaction, helping them make informed decisions that align with their operational needs and long-term goals.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, golfing, and hunting. Whether exploring the outdoors or enjoying time with those closest to him, James values the relationships and experiences that extend beyond his professional life.
