Aviation Tax Consultants was founded in 2003 by CPA’s Daniel Cheung and Fred McCarter. Since its inception the mission of ATC has been to offer a full-service consulting experience regarding aviation taxes. ATC focuses exclusively on providing consulting services designed to maximize income tax savings and minimize sales and use tax for aircraft owners. ATC brings expertise that goes well beyond traditional accounting services and works within the strict mandates of the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations.
